    If you are an Atlantic Broadband customer and you have our Internet service, you should already have an email address assigned to you. However, if you don’t have one set up, you need to call Atlantic Broadband. This will be your primary email address to be used for the TV Online service.

  • When I select certain networks, nothing appears. Does that mean I can’t watch any programs from that network?

    Not all networks are available on our TV Online site. However, certain programs may still be available via another source. If you know what specific program you are looking for, try searching it by title. If what you are looking for is still not available, check back again soon. Atlantic Broadband is always looking to expand the content we are able to provide you online.

  • I have searched for a TV show and it won’t let me watch it online. It gives me the option for Season Pass. What does that mean?

    This means the show is not immediately available to watch online. However, you can use the convenient Season Pass option to set a recording on your TiVo DVR and watch the show at home. Use Season Pass to tell your DVR to record all episodes or select Upcoming to see when episodes will be airing so you can select which ones to record or watch live while at home.

  • How do I use parental controls?

    Customers can manage Parental Controls from their email tools. Go to http://emailtools.atlanticbb.net Log in using your Atlantic Broadband email and password. Once logged in, customers will go to the Account Settings, then click on Manage Parental Controls.

  • My TV service includes the network I am trying to watch online, but it’s telling me a subscription is required. What can I do?

    If you are having trouble accessing networks and programs that are available online and are part of your TV subscription with Atlantic Broadband, call our Customer Care Center to report the problem.

  • Can I play recordings from my DVR?

    Yes, but only from a TiVo DVR and only in-home streaming is available at this time. Once logged into the site, you can view and select DVR recordings to stream on your laptop or PC by selecting My Shows and then Recordings.

  • I get an error Problem Playing Show when I try to watch my DVR programs. Why is this happening?

    The ability to stream from your DVR is restricted to in-home use. If you are trying to watch recordings while away from home, you will get this error. If you are at home and still receiving this error, verify your router and modem are operational and your device is connected to your home network. If you are still having a problem, contact Atlantic Broadband so that we can assist you with resolving your problem.

  • Why am I able to stream some DVR shows but not others?

    There are certain copyright protections assigned to each TV show and movie. Some rights are more restrictive than others. These rights are determined by the networks themselves and not Atlantic Broadband. If you are unable to stream a program from your TiVo DVR, this means that program is restricted from streaming on any other device and can only be viewed live or while recorded on your DVR.

  • What is a OnePass?

    TiVo OnePass tracks down episodes of shows you want to watch and saves them for whenever you’re ready. If it’s not available on TV, TiVo fills in the gaps with episodes from your On Demand library and Netflix. Then OnePass organizes it all into a customizable playlist for your viewing pleasure so when you’re ready to watch, TiVo has it all cued up for you. To create an OnePass, find the show you want, press Record and choose the OnePass option.
