Frank van der Post
Frank joined Atlantic Broadband from KPN, a Dutch multi-service telecommunications operator in residential and enterprise markets, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer and was a member of the firm’s Management Board from 2015 to 2018.
Before joining the telecom company, Frank spent several years in the airline and hospitality industries, having held senior leadership roles for top organizations across the world including British Airways, where he was Managing Director and Executive Board Member, InterContinental Hotels Group, where he worked for over 20 years and rose to the position of Vice President Operations, Eastern US and the Caribbean, and Jumeirah Group in Dubai where he was Chief Operating Officer.
Frank holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Florida International University, School of Hospitality Management.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Pat is a seasoned executive with experience providing financial management for telecommunication, energy conservation and accounting services companies for 15 years.
Prior to joining Atlantic Broadband, Pat was the CFO at Quorum Broadcast Holdings, where he managed the financial operations of 13 locations and the benefits program for over 600 employees. He was also CFO for Sullivan Broadcast Holdings, where he assisted in the $1 billion sale of the station group, providing investors with a compounded return in excess of 50 percent. Pat began his career as an audit manager for Price Waterhouse and as Corporate Controller for DMC Services.
Pat is a magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, with a degree in Accounting and Management.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Leslie has 20 years of experience advising clients on legal and regulatory matters in the cable and telecommunications industry.
Most recently, Leslie served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Lightower Fiber Networks, a premier provider of high-capacity fiber optic network services in the Northeast, where she was responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including regulatory compliance, commercial contracts and managing the legal department through multiple corporate acquisitions. Prior to Lightower, Leslie served as Vice President of Law and Public Policy for Adelphia Cable’s Northeast Region. In this capacity, she led a team of legal and government affairs professionals responsible for all legal, regulatory and public policy matters.
Leslie is a graduate of the State University of New York – Fredonia and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Vice President, EngineeringAaron has designed, installed, and supported systems and network architectures for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Atlantic Broadband, he was the Vice President of Engineering at Harron Communications and oversaw the design, deployment and operations of a consolidated network and datacenter architecture spanning seven states.
He also served in storage, systems, and network engineering roles at Corporate Technologies, TAOS Mountain, and L.L. Bean Incorporated.
In addition, Aaron is a C and PERL programmer and has made contributions to several open source software projects. He also has training in and experience with critical facility power and cooling systems.
Aaron is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in Business Studies in Computer Information Technology. He is also a licensed amateur (HAM) radio operator with a license class of Amateur Extra.
Heather M. Camerano
Head of Human ResourcesHeather has extensive experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, change management and strategic business partnering.
Before joining Atlantic Broadband, Heather spent three years as Head of Employee and Labor Relations, People & Culture at Primark Stores Limited and 19 years at The Hertz Corporation in multiple leadership roles.
Heather has a Bachelor degree in Management from Keene State College, NH.
Vice President, Customer Service and SalesJuan oversees the company’s growing consumer, business, carrier and bulk sales segments.
Juan previously served as Vice President of Comcast Business’ Beltway Region. He also served as Vice President of Market Development and Small-to-Medium Business Sales in the company’s Central Division, and, prior to that, Corporate Director of Sales Operations, where he was responsible for leading residential sales strategy and sales programs for Xfinity Home.
Dominguez served as a combat infantry veteran in the United States Army and has a bachelor’s degree in National Security/Public Affairs from the United States Military Academy (West Point, NY) and a master’s degree in Management from Troy University, Alabama.
Vice President, Product and Programming
Heather has a distinguished career in video content strategy, negotiation and distribution with over 15 years at NBC Universal, STARZ and Disney.
In her role at Atlantic Broadband, Heather is responsible for the video content acquisition across all platforms as well as all programming contract negotiations, compliance and relationship management. Prior to joining Atlantic Broadband, Heather most recently worked as VP, Content Distribution for NBCUniversal, overseeing all Field Sales & Marketing endeavors for the newly formed company.
In 2014, Heather was named as a “40 under 40” executive in CableFax Magazine. Within the industry, she has been active with both CTAM and WICT, and received a CTAM TAMI award for her chapter leadership at CTAM.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Roanoke College in Salem, VA.
Vice President, Marketing
Julie is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of B2C and B2B marketing experience across multiple industries including healthcare, financial services, technology, automotive and retail.
She has built high-performing teams on both the agency and client-side that have focused on creating world-class brands and delivering consumer-centric solutions for strategic growth.
Most recently, Julie led the integrated marketing team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA where she developed omni-channel strategies to contemporize the brand and introduce new products, tools and offerings. She also created go-to-market strategies for business partners and members that introduced national health care reform, the biggest market disruption in health care history.
Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Director of Digital Transformation
Serge has 25 years of experience in combining his expertise in (digital) marketing and technology. He is an award-winning, multilingual entrepreneur with the ability to define marketing strategy and identify the appropriate technologies to deliver results.
In the past, Serge co-founded several companies in the Mobile/Telco space launching innovative products on SMS and mobile internet. His companies also developed mobile apps for Enrique Iglesias, Jessica Simpson, The Bold and The Beautiful, and other key entities. He conceptualized and led the development of several innovative softwares, including a SaaS application for analyzing Social Media based on location. This software won the “Innovation & Development of the Year” award at the AMMA’s.
Serge has presented at several conferences in Cannes, New York, Las Vegas, and Amsterdam and earned awards in his field including the Image Building Award, the President Team Award, the Special European Commission Prize of the Festival De Biarritz, and the Cyber Lions Award.
He graduated with a Master's Degree in Political & Social Sciences, and IT from the University of Ghent. He then supplemented this with an MBA from Vlerick School of Management focused on Marketing.
