Data Voice Specialist
Under general supervision, the Data Voice Specialist provides technical support to our customers in the use of telecommunication equipment (home networking routers, Data modems, and MTAs) & assures adequate connectivity to the network (voice and data). Digital Security Assurance Administrator – Infrastructure Engineering
The Digital Security Assurance Administrator is responsible for assisting with the documentation, communication, and analysis of potential customer security and policy compliance matters. This position is responsible for the analysis of Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices to ensure they meet the notification requirements of the Act; Analyzing Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and other logs to identify customer accounts that a given complaint is referencing; Preparing and sending customer notifications regarding DMCA notifications and other security concerns; Managing internal and external SPAM whitelists, greylists, blacklists, and other SPAM mitigation processes; Interfacing with external third parties that maintain IP address reputation lists to ensure that ABBt-owned IP address reputation is maintained; Monitoring of ABB-operated Honeypot systems to identify compromised customer systems and then work with customers to mitigate issues; Assisting in responding to security issues identified by the Systems and Network Engineering teams through a variety of means of communications with customers and other third parties; Reviewing customer security and policy compliance matters and helping to educate customers to help prevent future occurrences; Documenting, investigating, and resolving fraud and abuse related security issues; and other duties as required. This position is responsible for the day to day configuration and operation of Extreme (Brocade) carrier enterprise class switches and routers (including SX and MLXe), Cisco switches and routers (including 7600 and ASR), Juniper firewalls (including ScreenOS and JunOS based models), PulseSecure MAG VPN Appliances, and multicast video network environments. Network Operations Center Technician
Under general supervision, the Network Operations Center Technician monitors Atlantic Broadband switching, digital, optical and associated telecommunications equipment and provides a single point of contact for outages and issues. The Network Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Atlantic Broadband’s High speed data, voice and advanced digital services. This position will also support our Tier II call center, commercial escalations and CT office IT office support. The Regional Director of Technical Operations will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer care in all aspects of Technical Operations activities including installation, service, design, materials management, and daily workloads. Regional Headend Manager
The Regional Headend Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily job functions of Headend Technicians and Engineers, and the daily operations of Atlantic Broadband headends and hubs in Pennsylvania, Western Maryland, West Virginia and New York. Establishes performance goals and monitors progress through coaching, mentoring, and career development. Assists in the planning and implementation of new product introductions. Interprets, maintains, and installs network management systems. Leads assigned projects and ensures that they are finished on time and in adherence to the budget. Senior Director of Residential Products
Atlantic Broadband, the 9th largest cable and broadband services provider is currently seeking a Director of Residential Products for its corporate management team. The role spans TV, Internet and Phone products for the residential (B2C) segments. The person in this role will craft the product vision for the company and then work across the organization to analyze and build a business case to support that vision, and work cross functionally and with Product Marketing and Product Operations to bring that vision to life. A focus on company revenue growth is a must for candidates in this position.
