DWDM & Optical Network Engineer II
The DWDM & Optical Network Engineer II is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation and support of a 24x7x365, mission critical service provider Optical and DWDM network for Internet, Phone and Video for Atlantic Broadband. Support Desk Technician
The Support Desk Technician will provide support to the employees of Atlantic Broadband, employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness. The Support Desk provides an advance level of remote IT assistance for problem resolution and escalate complex problems to higher tier personnel. The Support Desk Technician takes ownership of an issue and follows through on a resolution with end users and other pertinent information technology staff, and tracks support calls in the Help Desk ticketing system. The Technical Operations Manager provides direction and leadership to the system technical department while maintaining system integrity and overseeing operations of the technical department.
