This role is responsible for product management activities for Atlantic Broadband, the 13th largest Cable television provider in the US. The role spans voice, video, and data products for residential customers.
Inside Sales Representative
The Inbound Sales Representative is a consultative professional sales position within our sales team. Individuals in this position are responsible for residential cable, internet, home phone and home management services. This professional is responsible for learning a customer’s household needs and making recommendations while maximizing revenue for Atlantic Broadband. Current openings in Cumberland (MD) and Uniontown (PA).
Maintenance Technicians are the on-the-ground ambassadors for our customers. Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and solving customers’ issues, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the cable television system. Current opening in Davis (WV).
Commercial Account Executive
Commercial Account Executives will be responsible for selling strategic communication solutions including broadband services, such as high-speed data, Internet, video and phone. Achieve revenue and customer goals by developing and maintaining strong relationships with both current and prospective customers.
Customer Care Representative
Customer Care Representatives are Atlantic Broadband’s personal experts on the other end of the phone line for our customers whether they have questions on their bill, have service issues or are looking to add digital cable, digital home phone or internet services. If you are a pro at building relationships, have a desire to keep up with the latest technology and gadgets, and like to work in a team environment, this career is for you.
In this key customer care role, you’ll handle calls from people who are thinking about switching service providers. You’ll listen patiently and empathetically, track information, and apply consultative skills regarding our services/pricing. Your knack for problem-solving will not only diffuse situations, but point out new value and result in an upsell.
